ABOUT THE ROLE  

To support our continued growth Mort & Co Fertilisers is looking for an additional Plant Operator (Pad) to join our team. The key responsibilities of the role are: 

• Operating plant including a loader, screener, water truck and turner to ensure efficient and accurate manure pad operations 

• Ensuring machinery is kept in clean and safe working order  

• Carrying out duties in a manner that prioritises own health and safety and that of others 

• Support with granulation factory operation as required 

ABOUT YOU 

The key criteria for the position are: 

• Experience operating heavy plant and vehicles such as loader, water trucks etc 

• A High Risk Fortlift Licence is highly desirable but not essential 

• Demonstrated effective verbal communication 

• Ability to work cooperatively with the team to achieve requirements of the tasks and activities required in day-to-day operations. 

• Demonstrated application of quality assurance and accurate record keeping.
