Mort & Co Fertilisers operates a unique facility, employing innovative technology to produce environmentally friendly, carbon-based product.  This state-of-the-art facility is the first of its kind in Australia. The plant repurposes manure to supply sustainable, industry leading products to all types of Australian farms.

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to expansion, we currently have opportunities for Manufacturing Operators to Join the growing Mort & Co Fertilisers team. These permanent full-time roles will be responsible for:

  • Operating plant and Machinery, including loaders and forklifts
  • Operating the Manufacturing plant including start-up and shutdown.
  • Ensuring daily prestart and daily production records up to date and accurate
  • Plant maintenance and hygiene upkeep
  • Supporting with quality control and troubleshooting

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

  • A HWRL Forklift Licence is essential for this position.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production role would be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience operating plant and machinery such as a loader would be highly regarded.
  • You’re responsible, reliable and a great team player, with a strong commitment to working safely 
  • You have a willingness to learn, a passion for problem solving and great communication skills
